Charity Walking Challenge 2016

Over the past 3 months, 365 Resourcing employees Gerry Haines, Graham Wood, Rob Rayner and Marco Fraggiota have embarked on a walking challenge to raise money for Acorns Childrens Hospice and Prostate Cancer charities.

The have successfully climbed Cadair Idris and The Glyderau Trio which led them to the final challenge, The Snowdon Horseshoe.

These are three steep and arduous climbs, although not long in terms of distance, they are challenging ascents and descents.

Cadair Idris is a short but extremely sharp start to their journey. Next came the Glyderau Trio which is a long arduous journey over some testing terrain. This led the team to the big one…

The Snowdon Horseshoe is possibly the top ridge walk in the UK and includes the notorious Crib Goch which requires some scrambling over an extremely exposed knife edge ridge then onto Snowdon, the pinnacle of the journey.

As you can see from the photos, an excellent achievement !!

I am pleased to confirm that over £1,000 has been raised which will be split between the two deserving charities.

Congratulations to all involved and well done on your achievement from all at 365 Resourcing !
