About the Job
The Company
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.
Due to increased demand, our client now has a requirement for a Spares Administrator.
365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier to Mazak.
The roles and responsibilities of the role are:
Service Department Admin:
- Answering phone calls, monitoring emails, logging incidents and responding to queries.
- Quoting for parts. Ordering of parts
- Checking and taking receipt of purchase orders.
- Responding to field engineer requests.
- Housekeeping and monitoring/closing of incidents.
- General administration.
Spares:
- Meticulous checking of machine registrations.
- Accurate logging of customer requests. Issuing of quotations with correct prices and lead times.
- Familiarisation with looking in machine manuals.
- Receiving of purchase orders, processing of parts orders.
- Clear communication, keeping customers informed of progress or any delays. Also liaising with Coordinators to aid engineer scheduling, plus working with suppliers.
- Follow up and tracking of deliveries.
- Issuing of invoices, pro formas and working with Accounts.
